The NDT Experts
There is no single testing method comprehensive enough to facilitate a decision about the overall structural integrity of equipment. That’s why we offer a variety of complementary non-destructive testing (NDT), including:

Our Inspections
Along with state and federal regulations, in the U.S., IIA follows American National Standards Institute (ANSI) guidelines adopted in 1969. These standards, A92.2 and A10.31, set forth the MINIMUM test requirements that must be considered and built into quality assurance programs for vehicle-mounted aerial devices to provide safe and proper operations. The standard includes user responsibilities for periodic inspection. At a minimum, the owner/user is to provide the following: loading, stability, visual inspections and dielectric testing of insulated units. Our Fleet Industrial Inspection Tracker (FIIT) software enhances our ability to track inspections and sort data for user-friendly, actionable reports.
Our technicians also carry most of the required safety stickers and placards and can replace missing or damaged items at a minimal cost.
