Detailed Reporting Earns IIA Accolades as “Beacon of Truth”
Industrial Inspection & Analysis (IIA) has been part of the additive manufacturing (AM) revolution from the beginning, so we were excited to host a booth at the 2025 Rapid + TCT show in Detroit. There’s no better place for AM manufacturers to connect with industry colleagues, suppliers and solutions — and maybe even meet members of the team that personally supported their project.
One such IIA customer, a consultant from the defense industry, was excited to see the IIA team in person and pleased to meet the chemist, Carly Fischer, who had personally handled his project.
This customer, a renowned global expert in metal additive manufacturing, expressed his gratitude for the high quality of work provided to him by IIA’s Lab Services team. Though this first-time customer was initially hesitant to trust a provider he was unfamiliar with, he has been more than satisfied with the relationship being built with IIA.
In particular, this customer expressed his appreciation for IIA’s detailed reporting, which included supplemental information and photos to support accurate data. The customer indicated that he would rather receive failing results with supporting evidence than passing results presented solely with numbers.
For this customer, the extra level of care and attention IIA took to go beyond the numbers sets our company apart from competitors. After an extremely positive first experience, this customer told team member Alfred Mondragon that he now views IIA as the “Beacon of Truth” within the industry.
Providing story-worthy service is all in a day’s work at IIA, and we love meeting past, present and future customers in person at trade shows. We are proud to support the Defense Industry, and appreciate the time this customer took to share his powerful feedback.
