Concrete Pump & Truck Inspections
In accordance with standard CSA Z151, IIA performs annual inspection and certification on concrete pumper trucks.
We are a Schwing approved concrete pumper truck inspection company and are the only 3rd party inspection company with this training/certification in Canada.
This recognition serves to further bolster our reputation for providing high-quality inspection services to the construction industry.
Our high quality inspection program incorporates methods of nondestructive testing to find any potential flaws or defects in boom sections, outriggers, and other structurally critical areas. Our in-house weld engineers can also prepare weld procedures should any major defects be found on your unit.
Our periodic inspection includes inspection of the following areas:
Boom sections Pedestal Outriggers Main column and turret Hydraulic cylinders, lines and tubing holding valves Safety decals Pin and bearing clearances Concrete delivery pipelines
As well as servicing Schwing equipment, we also inspect Putzmeister, Alliance and Concord.
