Industrial Inspection & Analysis Joins San Felasco Tech City
Industrial Inspection & Analysis (IIA) has just signed a lease for its ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Division with 15,353± SF of office and laboratory space at San Felasco Tech City located at 13900 Tech City Circle in Alachua, Florida.
As the newest company to join San Felasco Tech City (SFTC), Industrial Inspection & Analysis will occupy a building scheduled for completion in late 2023. San Felasco Tech City Ownership was represented by the GNV Commercial Advisory Team at Colliers and IIA was represented by Brad Knop and Bryan Rodriguez of JLL.
IIA’s EMC division, formerly known as Timco Engineering, Inc., was founded in Miami, Florida in July 1976 and acquired by Industrial Inspection & Analysis, Inc in 2018. IIA is strategically located in the United States, Canada, and Asia where the company provides inspection, testing and product certification services by their Lab, Engineering, Industrial Inspection, Lift, and Fire Equipment Testing divisions to over 15 industries.
