    • Crane Placements and Tieback Assembly Design
    • Self-Erect Tower Crane Stand Design
    • Tower Crane Attachment Design

We specialize in all things that lift, load, and hoist (and even some that don’t).

Our Engineers have extensive experience in design and modification of:

    • Lifting Beams & Spreader Bars
    • Custom Rigging
    • Manbaskets
    • Forklift Attachments
    • Waste Containers
    • Equipment Stands
    • Ramps, Bridges, & Platforms
    • Lashing/Tie Downs
    • Industrial Structures
    • Rail & Road Vehicles

    Engineered Solutions for Fall Protection

Our Engineers will create customized solutions based on your specific requirements as the standard fall protection systems may not fit your needs. We can design, inspect, and certify the necessary systems to reduce or eliminate the risk of falling including guardrails, fall restraint, fall arrest, and safe work procedures.

    Stability Testing

Our team has extensive experience in stability testing and will work with your operator to determine the stability of your equipment. When a crane is installed or modified, stability is a resultant of the truck configuration, the outriggers reach and layout, the tipping moment, and any other mechanical/physical considerations.

We evaluate these variables to provide a load rating for the truck-crane combination. Truck-mounted cranes are required to be stability tested prior to certification. When modifying your equipment, stability testing may also be required.

    Custom load charts could include:

    • Partial Outriggers
    • Fully Retracted Outriggers
    • Custom Outrigger Configuration
    • Modified Boom or Jib Lengths
    • Hi-Rail Configurations
    • Adding Attachments
    • Marine List Charts

    Lift Plans & Procedures

The benefits of certified lift plans include:

    • Plan and prepare the stages of lifting
    • Reduce costs by optimizing crane configurations
    • Optimize equipment unloading
    • Confirm clearances, tolerances, and work zones
    • Identify potential issues before starting
    • Ensure risks are assessed and managed prior to the start of the job

When working with large lifts requiring multiple cranes, near capacity loads, or unusual rigging we will work with you to plan and engineer all the moving parts. We will ensure that your lift plans are compliant with applicable regulations, codes, practices, and procedures. Our planning services include verification of lift plans, project feasibility studies and full rigging studies, which all help put your mind at ease and ensure that your rigging operations happen safely and efficiently.

If you require a certified lift plan, or have any questions regarding our procedures, call us today to speak with a professional.

    Accidents & Failures

The equipment we inspect for our clients is generally the core equipment on the jobsite and has the potential to be extremely dangerous. When an accident or failure occurs, it is essential to find the root cause. We will provide a thorough investigation and assessment which includes:

    • Scene Management & Scene Assessment
    • Witness Accounts
    • Collect, Test, & Inspect Physical Elements
    • Analyze the Information, Identify the Root Cause
