IIA Acquires Domson Engineering and Inspection Ltd.
January 2, 2018 – Brampton, Canada – Industrial Inspection & Analysis, Inc.® (“IIA”) USA expands its service offerings with the recent acquisition of Domson Engineering and Inspection Ltd. (“Domson”).
Domson Engineering and Inspection Ltd is well known as an industry leader when it comes to inspection, certification, and engineering services for the crane and lift industry. Domson also specializes in providing visual inspection, nondestructive testing and engineering support for construction, power generation, oil & gas, chemical, steel fabrication, and manufacturing industries.
The Domson acquisition extends the IIA brand for testing, inspection and certification services into Canada, providing additional technical and engineering support to its customers both in Canada and the US.
