Employee Recognized for Saving Life

Our mission at IIA is to make the world safer. Last December, one of our employees took that mission to a very personal level to help his neighbor.
On December 4, 2022, Lonnie McEntire, Advanced Services Operations Manager for IIA and Marine Corps veteran was notified by his neighbor’s son that his dad had fallen and was unresponsive. Lonnie quickly ran down to the neighbor’s home and began administering CPR until the first responders arrived — likely saving the man’s life.
In recognition of his quick and heroic actions, Lonnie was awarded the Community Hero Award from MedStar Mobile Healthcare on May 1, 2023.
