IIA Executive Leaders
Chris Niebuhr
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to IIA, Chris served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Thompson Industrial Services. Chris also brings Sales and Engineering experience to IIA, as he served as a Technical Sales Representative and held positions within the Engineering Group at Nalco Chemical Company. Chris earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and his MBA from The Citadel.
Doug Vail
Chief Revenue Officer
Prior to IIA, Doug was the Executive Vice President of Sales at The Erosion Company. Doug also brings industrial sales experience from his time at GrayWolf Industrial, Superheat, Thompson Industrial Services and AquilexSRO. Doug earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama.
Kevin Fazzari
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Fazzari joined IIA in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as Global Corporate Controller for a leading provider of work access services and products to the global industrial, commercial and infrastructure markets. His background also includes various leadership positions in financial planning and accounting in the power and telecommunication industries. Kevin earned his BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and MS degree in Finance from Georgia State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jason Schrage
Chief Operating Officer
Jason joined IIA in 2020 and brings proven leadership skills from more than 25 years in the energy industry with General Electric (GE) and Industrial Service Solutions.. Jason’s expertise includes operations management, process development, field services and ISO 9000 / Quality Programs. Jason earned a BS in Facilities & Plant Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.

Nick Szkotak
Vice President, Operations
Nick Szkotak joined the IIA team in 2020, and currently serves as General Manager of Lab Services. In this role, Nick oversees testing, inspection & analysis activities for more than 4,000 customers across 30 industries every year. Prior to joining IIA, Nick worked in the boiler, power, and construction industries. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and is an AWS Certified Weld Inspector.
Bruno Clavier
General & Deputy Quality Manager
Bruno Clavier has more than 20 years of experience working with IIA subsidiary Timco Engineering, and currently serves as General Manager. His background includes extensive experience in product testing, certification and compliance consulting for markets around the world. Bruno has traveled extensively in Asia, where he provided training to the lab community. His education includes a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Tours, France, and a post-master’s degree of advanced specialized studies in Electromagnetic Compatibility from the University of Bourgogne in Dijon, France. Bruno has served on the TCB Council Board of Directors since 2007.
Lee Fletcher
Director of Quality
Lee Fletcher started with IIA in 2004 working in the Metrology Services division as the lab supervisor and has grown with the organization and taken a lead role in the development of the organization’s quality program. Lee worked his way up to Quality Manager in Metrology, and is currently the Director of Quality within IIA. Lee has held multiple Quality Engineer / Manager roles working with customers in highly regulated industries such as, Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Power Generation, and Automotive. Lee has been in Quality for 34 years during which, he has implemented multiple ISO9001 and ISO 17025 Certified quality systems and has been certified as a CMI, CQT, CQA, and CQE through ASQ.
Jesse Delgado
Director of Sales, Nuclear Services
With more than 40 years of inspection experience, Jesse Delgado has become one of the most respected voices in the nuclear power industry. He helped develop Phased Array Sectorial Scanning (PASS®), a game-changing innovation that allows complete examination of valves — without disassembly. As our Director of Sales, Jesse helps connect customers to non-destructive solutions that enhance safety and value at nuclear power plants across North America.
Sam Yank
Sales Director, Lifting Services
Sam began his career as a helper, eventually transitioning to lead tech, then inside sales, followed by outside sales, and, eventually promoted to Director of Sales for Lift, Crane & Fire. He is EVT, ANSI and Crane certified.
Keith Boshart
Sales Director, Canadian Services
For the past 8 years, Keith has been a sales professional with experience supporting various clients and projects with reliable engineering and high-quality NDE inspection services. He has previous experience in customer service and project management and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2006 from York University.
Douglas Keene
Director of Sales, Advanced NDE Solutions
Douglas Keene has been performing non-destructive examinations (NDE) for more than 20 years, with the last decade focused on advanced NDE disciplines. He joined IIA in 2017, bringing a wealth of knowledge and extensive field experience in industries such as nuclear power generation, oil and gas, aerospace, mining and rail. In 2008, he was involved with qualifying and implementing the first-ever advanced phased array (PAUT) techniques for the nuclear power industry. His responsibilities at IIA include technology advancement, technique and procedure development, business development, project management and site support. He holds numerous NDE certifications, including ASNT, EPRI (PDI) and GUL.
Vicki Douglass
Director of Marketing
Vicki Douglass joined IIA as Director of Marketing in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of experience to the role. Using a data-driven approach, Vicki leverages marketing communications and streamlines CRM’s and marketing operations to support business goals and connect customers to inspection solutions offered by IIA and its 17 subsidiaries. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Briar Cliff University.
Keri Lushbaugh
Fire Department Testing Sales Manager
IIA welcomed Keri Lushbaugh to the team in 2020. Prior to joining IIA, Keri spent more than 15 years in pharmaceutical sales before shifting gears as Operations Manager at a truck maintenance and repair company. In her role as Northeast Regional Sales Manager for our Lifting Services division, Keri enjoys providing story-worthy service to customers who need testing and certification of cranes, bucket trucks, fire trucks, airline GSE and other lift equipment. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular Genetics from Ohio State University.
Alexis Tew
Human Resources Manager
Alexis Tew started working at IIA in 2017 in the Human Resources Department as the HR Coordinator and has grown with the organization. She was promoted to Human Resources Manager in June of 2019. She brings a breadth of HR knowledge and expertise to IIA’s Human Resources department. Alexis strives to uphold the values and principles of the IIA organization and continues to make this a great place to work.
