The QC Group, Inc is a service company. We are built on the strength of our service process, and the satisfaction of our customers.
Any company can solicit feedback - most companies do - but not all truly listen. Every customer response is read aloud at our monthly company-wide meetings. Positive stories are celebrated. Negative stories are immediately, and publicly addressed. QC employees are primarily measured on the satisfaction of their customers.
